I think I can safely say ( this was an excellent day out, enjoyed by all) Not only was there lots to see, lots of beautiful countryside, the sun shone from the time we arrived 11.20am(ish) until 6pm. So despite a wet start leaving Totton the skies cleared for us.For those who do not know, or are interested, Weald means woodland or open rolling upland, not that I am so clever, I had to look it up for my own benefit. The romani flavour added to the day with the old gaily painted Caravans, makes one wonder how they managed to live and bring up their families in such a small space. Also the old buildings were quite amazing when you realize they had been disassembled somewhere else and then reassembled at the Museum. Thats all from Liz.
